The room is spacious and has a nice velux window, creating a special and enjoyable environment that has everything you need.

The beds were seriously comfy, perfect for a group with 5 separate beds. The view from the bedroom with the velux window was mind-blowing, overlooking the sea. The dining room could be partitioned off with curtains, which was super cool. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower and bathtub. Plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a cooker, pots and pans, and cutlery. There was even a small fridge freezer and a washing machine. Ample storage space for our bags and clothes, ideal for a long stay. The heating system was top-notch, even though we didn't really need it with all the sunshine. The key safe made check-in a breeze. Loads of local shops and businesses within a 5-minute walk. A 15-20 minute walk to Leven and the beach, plus a bus station nearby. A taxi center and a petrol station just a few minutes away. Parking was never an issue, as we could park right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with great communication from the owner. We had a fantastic time exploring the area, with St Andrews nearby. The apartment was clean, quiet, and warmed up quickly. We even had a sea view. The people in Leven were incredibly polite and pleasant. We could always call for help, and the host was quick to reply. The property was bright and roomy, perfect for our family of 5. Just a 5-minute drive from Leven beach and town. We would definitely recommend some of the places we ate at, including the Caledonian hotel in Leven, The waterfront in Anstruther, Wetherspoons in Kirkcaldy, and The Sands hotel in Burntisland. Sainsbury's was handy for supplies, and we enjoyed walks at Silverburn park and beach in Leven and Ravenscraig castle gardens and beach in Kirkcaldy. Has extremely comfy bed, slept well.

This place is a special spot for exploring the area, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the beach and sea.

I always return to this wonderful place. The staff helped me find attractions. It suits me with Wi-Fi, free parking, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV. Plus, they have hiking and a golf course. No pets or smoking. See you for Christmas!
